How fast do you respond when member asks for help?

Are you good at responding to members fairly quickly when they need help? Is it within the hour? 6 hours? 24? More?

Ideally as soon as possible but it depends on the time of day and other circumstances involved, usually alot sooner but almost always within 24 hours.

I respond as soon as I can..a lot of my users are overseas so there is a time difference…
