Illegal Activity on Forums

If you were to see acts of illegal actions on your forum, would you report it to law enforcement?

Things like threats and stuff like that which serious enough to report.

But alternatively, you could just ban the people and not report it. But some might feel a forum owner has an obligation to report it.

What do you think?

It would really depend on how believable the threat was and if it could be achieved. I think most of the time threats are just talk by people who can be anonymous, so most likely it’d be a ban.
