How to keep your staff engaged?

Does your staff go missing? Come back? Then go missing again? How do you keep your staff engaged?

Yeah. The staff I have tend to go MIA for long periods of time.

I just let them come back when they want to.

My forums are small enough where it’s not that big of a deal, but if they get busy enough, I’ll probably looking for more active people.
