Page improvement - A "view page" option in admin CP.

User dropdown > change "Profile" link text to "User CP" for the edit profile page + add a "View Profile" option in the dropdown?
It could be confusing to some when viewing their user dropdown when they click their username in the upper right corner. "Profile" kinda indicates it'd bring you to your own profile and not your profile settings to edit your profile. Perhaps changing the text to something like "...

Custom Profile Fields
In the process of building out profile fields and i'd really like to have the option to have a dropdown menu, like the one below, with preselected answers to some of the profile fields. I'd rather for certain fields, that people can ONLY select what I have written out.

Make unread threads/posts in forums bold.
Can we make unread threads/posts inside a forum bold so the unread ones stand out a bit more while previously read threads aren't?This is a pretty basic feature and i thought it might help others when there's an unread thread or unread post within a thread?
